I enjoyed reading your blog to Gaharu tea valley. In fact, I was in Gopeng for ceramic workshop but i didn’t know that there’s such a beautiful gaharu tea valley. I will definitely pay a visit there in my next visit. Could you provide me the direction to get to the valley ? Is it accessible to the public or do I have to contact someone to grant access to the plantation ? Where could we buy gaharu oil ? Is there a distillation factory we could visit ?

Thanks so much for your info,

Drive through the Gopeng town and you can see small round about and take to your right, straight forward, quite a bit of drive and as you can see the sign board just follow it. This is the contact no : 05-351199/35711998. No entrance fee but if you do want to go up the hill and see all the gaharu tree, just pay RM10 per person and they will take you up there..Enjoy and have fun!
